This print combines the gold tones of the Arabesque geometric design, inspired by an Indian miniature, and the iconic Corolla flower, born from a bunch of red dahlias painted on an Art Nouveau tile.
For this collection, Lisa Corti wanted to experiment with a new and exciting printing technique. This new technology is truly unique, as the design is created from a hand-cut prototype and then block-printed by master artisans in India. It is then reproduced on pure cotton in Italy, using a contemporary yet artisanal process that perfectly blends tradition and innovation, a cornerstone of Lisa Corti's research.
