Shipping

Deliveries are made with Mailboxes and with correct delivery times (1-2 working days for express shipping, 2-3 working days for standard shipping).

You cannot choose the delivery time or day, so we recommend providing a delivery address where someone will always be present. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and product volume. Shipping costs will be calculated in your cart after you enter the destination country, city, and zip code.

Shipping is free for orders over €250. You can also pick up your purchase for free at our Bologna store .

The products on our e-commerce site are considered immediately available and therefore require the standard delivery times listed above, with the exception of products where production times are indicated (usually between 2 and 4 weeks). These products will be made just for you. They will be shipped within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Standard delivery times are added to the production times.
